  • All cats and kittens are tested for Feline Leukemia. Adults are also tested for FIV.
  • All animals are dewormed for round worms.
  • Some animals, where necessary, are treated with flea medication.
  • Cardboard carriers are included for all cat and kitten adoptions.

Adoption Process

If you are interested in adopting a pet, please complete the appropriate adoption checklist.  See below.

All household members must be present at the time of the adoption.

If you are interested in adopting a dog or a puppy, and own a dog or puppy, you must bring in your existing dog to meet the new pet before the adoption.

Be prepared to spend a substantial period of time with the dog or cat you wish to take home.

We can not hold animals, so you must be willing to take your new pet on the day of adoption.

You must be prepared to keep your new companion for the rest of his or her life.
