You’ll need the following items before you bring your dog home:

Leash and collar with a small paper ID attached. (Replace our temporary leash and collar as soon as possible.)
A printout of your dog’s vaccination history
A rabies tag, if your dog is over 4 months old
A microchip ID tag (if microchipped.)
Dog food
Food and water bowls
Flea Control
Crate
Tie down
