Free Spay/Neuter for Owned Cats – Lower Income Households
The East Bay SPCA and Fremont Animal Services are partnering to bring a Mobile Spay/Neuter Clinic to a neighborhood in Fremont on Monday, April 14. Please note the following qualifications:
1) You must be a resident of Alameda or Contra Costa County 2) Owned cats only, please (no feral cats) 3) Household income must be under $40,000 per year – proof of income required. 4) An appointment is required – please call 510-639-PETS (7387). Please note that space is limited.
